The Celtic Cross
First developed in the 7th Century, The Celtic Cross is an enduring symbol of Irish Christianity decorated with Celtic Scrolls, animals, birds and scriptural scenes. Varying in size and intricacy, but constant in their splendor, these unique symbols of Ireland's transition from a pagan wilderness to the Island of Saints and Scholars, have inspired craftsmen and artists throughout the ages.
