Both the shamrock sauceboat and tray were introduced as part of the shamrock dinner set, which was largely designed by Fred Slater following his arrival in Belleek in 1893. It is likely that the original design concept was based on early Belleek earthenware shapes.

The 2008 re-introduction of the sauceboat and tray will be a stunning feature on any table and will be a must-have for any shamrock dinner set collector.
