Shipping:

 Orders Ship for Free within the USA.    Our primary shippers are USPS (First Class or Priority Mail) or UPS.  Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, please email or call 609-585-4127 for rates and availability. Shipping within the State of NJ or orders that are picked up pay 6.625% sales tax.

 Shipping to International destinations is available on most items please email for rates at MaryLoga@optonline.net or we will contact you after your order is placed.   Please note Canadian residents and other international destinations are responsible for duty & taxes.  Please check your local postal system for rates. Shipping to other International destinations is available.  Please email for rates at MaryLoga@optonline.net

Processing:

All our order are processed within two business days and most time within one day.   Shipping days are Monday - Friday.

Most items are kept in stock with the exception of stone set jewelry, wedding bands and Claddagh (Wedding Rings & Claddagh Rings take three to four weeks for delivery).  When an item is out of stock, it will be stated on product page. There may be lapse time with an out of stock notice -  you will be notified if your item is out of stock and when it is expected and you will have the option to cancel the order at that time.  

Ordering:

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Personal Checks & Money Orders.  You have options on how to place your order. You can order on-line with a secure server, off-line simply  either call Mary at Basil-Ltd.Com 609-585-4127 or mail your order with your credit card information, personal check or money order to Basil-Ltd.Com, 345 Merrick Road, Robbinsville, NJ. 08691.    

Returns and Exchanges: 

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days from date of delivery. Please e-mail for Return Authorization Number.  All items must be returned in new unused, unworn, unaltered condition. We will happily exchange or issue a refund or credit for your purchase minus shipping charges (even if you were not charged a shipping fee, cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund a maximum of $15.00.) Excluded from our return policy are special orders, 18K, or Platinum Rings. 

Simply e-mail customer service MaryLoga@optonline.net for a Return Authorization Number to place on your package. You are responsible for repackaging the items (please take extra care with fragile items) and ensuring safe return (i.e. Please send USPS Insured, Global Priority or UPS).  Items not authorized for return will incur a 15% restocking fee. There is a $15.00 shipping charge for all exchanges.
